Le Lunch Box™ is a ready-to-eat service; offering sous vide products as well as grocery products delivered directly to your office or your home. We have designed balanced, fresh and original meals for active and busy people who want to enjoy a healthy, hassle-free diet. We specialize in gluten-free, dairy-free and preservative-free products.

How LLB works?

Your LLB box contains all the products you ordered. All products are individually prepared and packaged the same day at our food factory, dropped off in your box and delivered directly to your office or home. All you have to do is enjoy the LLB experience!

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all major cities across the province of Quebec and cover over 300 postal codes. Wondering if we deliver to your city? Find out by writing an email to info@lelunchbox.ca or go directly to the "chat" tab on our website.

You have a special delivery instruction for us? All you have to do is enter it in the "comments" box when ordering and our delivery person will be happy to answer your request!

Do we offer free delivery?

Something new at LLB! We are now offering free delivery with any purchase of $99.00 or more. The minimum order amount is $50.00 and a shipping fee between $5.00 and $8.00 will be added to your order. You can always pick up your order for free at our office located at 8766 rue Pascal-Gagnon, Montreal.


Will my LLB products stay fresh during transport?

Absolutely! We use quality food insulations and ice packs. Each box is designed to keep your food fresh until it arrives. To ensure the quality of our products, we ask you to collect your box the same day it is delivered.

I have a food allergy, can I order from Le Lunch Box?

Except for our pizzas, all our meals are gluten and lactose free. For any other food allergy, you will find on our site a detailed description of the allergens for each of our meals. It is also possible, when ordering, to enter in the "comments" box your food allergies and / or intolerances as well as the changes to be made to your order.

However, as all our dishes are prepared at our food factory, they may contain traces of nuts, sesame or peanuts. Therefore, we advise you not to order from LLB if you have a severe allergy to tree nuts, sesame, or peanuts.

How long will my LLB products stay fresh?

All LLB fresh meals and sous vide products are delivered to you with an expiration date on the packaging. They can be frozen in their original packaging if you do not plan to eat them before then. It is important to note that because all our products are fresh and contain no preservatives, you should not thaw them before cooking them, but rather cook them directly when frozen. Sauces and condiments can be consumed for one year.

We advise you not to freeze cold meals such as pokés or salad. 😊

How do I cancel my subscription?

The wonderful thing about LLB is that you do not have to subscribe to experience the refreshing health experience. However, if you have taken advantage of one of our advantageous subscriptions and wish to stop it, you can simply pause or cancel it directly from your personal account online or by contacting our customer service at info@lelunchbox.ca.

What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of Covid 19?

All staff at Le Lunch Box follows the hygiene measures established by the Minister of Health and Social Services of Quebec in order to avoid contamination of the virus, including regular hand washing, wearing a mask and respecting the 2 meter distance when preparing meals. In addition, hygiene and sanitation measures are always applied in our food processing factory as prescribed by our C1 General Charcuterie certification (C1-1317). These measures include, among other things, washing hands, disinfecting shoes and wearing a lab coat that cannot leave the production area. All employees who travel will not be allowed on the premises of Le Lunch Box for 14 days.
